Reuniones Junta Directiva CETEM

Durante los meses de abril y diciembre de 2023, la junta directiva de CETEM se reunió en 2 ocasiones para tratar temas de carácter ordinario así como asuntos relacionados con la marcha general de CETEM. En la reunión del mes de abril se formularon las cuentas de CETEM del ejercicio 2022 y se presentó la memoria de actividades del mismo ejercicio. Tanto las cuentas como la memoria de actividades cuales fueron aprobadas por los asistentes. Así mismo, en la reunión de diciembre se analizó el balance técnico del año, la previsión de cierre económico para el año 2023 y se aprobó el plan de actuación para el ejercicio 2024. Así mismo, en el mes de junio se realizó la preceptiva asamblea anual de la entidad en la que se llevó a cabo, entre otros asuntos, la aprobación de las cuentas del ejercicio 2022.

CETEM Board Meetings

During April and December 2023, CETEM Board of Directors held two meetings to deal with some regular topics and issues related to CETEM general progress. In April meeting, CETEM annual accounts for the 2022 financial year were formulated and the activity report for the same financial year was presented. Both the accounts and the annual report were approved by the attendees. At the December meeting, the technical balance sheet for the year was analysed, the financial closing forecast for the year 2023 and the action plan for the financial year 2024 was approved. Likewise, in June, the mandatory annual assembly of the entity was held, in which the approval of the accounts for the 2022 financial year was carried out, among other matters.
